{Yuki}
“But I still don’t understand, I don’t see any queen here?”
{Haru}
(pointing to the glowing sphere)
“She’s inside the egg you stole. That’s why the Bloomsprites were so angry at you.”
{Calabolt}
“Hmmm… That explains why I sensed powerful Majïk emanating from it earlier…”
{Haru}
(nods)
“Yes. But don’t let your guards down just yet, these creatures are still not out of danger.”
{Yuki}
(peeks from behind Calabolt)
“B-But you already made this big wall of thorns around my treehouse to keep those meanie dragons away!”
{Haru}
(casts a healing spell towards the egg)
“Yes… But I don’t think that’s enough… Sure, we saved them from their predators and gave them back their Queen but…”
{Yuki}
“But what?”
{Haru}
(the healing glow abruptly stops)
“This egg is weakened from staying at your place for too long… It has to hatch tonight or it will be too late. Sadly, I don’t have enough Majïk to completely heal her on time…”
{Calabolt}
“Well, we can help you with that. Yuki and I haven’t used Majïk in a while…”
{Haru}
“You don’t know what you are saying… It’s unlike any healing spell you do normally. If not done correctly, the queen will undoubtedly perish.”
(Yuki and Calabolt bow their heads)
{Calabolt}
(looking at Yuki)
“We can still try…”
{Yuki}
“I agree… It’s my mistake and I want to set things right!”
{Haru}
(shrugs)
“Alright. We’ll do it your way. But first, we need to get on top of Yuki’s roof.”
{Yuki}
“Wait! But why do you need to take it there?”
{Haru}
“…the egg needs the moonlight and your roof is the highest place around here not covered by the thorns.”
(Haru dispels the thorns around them as Calabolt quickly carries the two faes running towards Yuki’s house, followed by a long procession of Bloomsprites instinctively following their Queen)
{Haru}
(looks towards the sky)
“That much lighting should be sufficient…”
{Calabolt}
“Haru-kun!”
{Haru}
(pushes away Calabolt’s hands)
“Don’t mind me… we don’t have much time…”
(Calabolt weakly nods)
{Yuki}
“So… tell us, what should we do?”
{Haru}
(floats down to the roof tiles)
“Calabolt lay down the egg gently and place your hands above it.”
(Calabolt nods and follows Haru’s instructions)
{Haru}
“Don’t crush it!”
{Calabolt}
“I-I won’t!”
{Haru}
“Now, Yuki. Face Calabolt and do the same thing with your wings.”
(Yuki silently agrees)
{Haru}
“Now for the tricky part…”
(Haru starts to explain the intricacies of the spell)
{Haru}
“…but remember, you should keep both of your Majïk input in perfect sync. Otherwise…”
{Calabolt}
(slightly sweating)
“Oof… For a beginner like me, that IS a bit tricky…”
{Yuki}
“Even for me…”
{Haru}
“I would do it myself, however, I’m now forced to rely on you two. I don’t have enough Majïk to even fly.”
{Yuki}
“Well, there’s no point in overthinking it… Let’s do it, Cala-chan!”
(Calabolt nods as they start to heal the egg)
{Haru}
“Try to limit your energy, Yuki. Remember, Calabolt and you should pour the same amount of Majïk onto the egg.”
{Yuki}
“I’m trying!”
{Haru}
“Well, try harder! It’s the las-“
(a massive glow starts to radiate from within the egg)
{Yuki}
“D-Did we do it?”
(the Bloomsprites circled around the trio, rejoicing)
{Calabolt}
“…I guess so?”
{Haru}
(collapses on the roof tiles)
“You did it…”
{Calabolt}
“Whew… this is too much emotion for one day…”
{Yuki}
“Yeah… and to think that we still need to find this key bloom key before the thingy yet…”
{Calabolt}
“Bloom…key?”
〄〄〄〄〄〄〄
(Yuki-chama squeals as the group steps out of the portal into Nika’s house)
{Haru}
(disheartened)
“Even with the Bloomsprites help, after all that searching… We didn’t manage to find that feïyosha syül key!”
{Yuki}
“Hey! That’s not a nice thing to say! And it’s rude to speak elvish in the human world!”
{Haru}
(covers his orb with his wings, mumbling)
“I-It’s not like Calabolt would ever repeat it! Besides, is it really rude if he doesn’t understand a word I said?!”
{Calabolt}
(nervously sweats)
“Well we didn’t find the key but at least from now on the Bloomsprites will treat Yuki’s home as their own and clean it up every now and then.”
{Yuki}
(visibly annoyed)
“I’m still not happy about that…”
{Calabolt}
“Well, they are the last of their kind and you did technically almost killed their Queen… It’s the least you can do for them.”
{Yuki}
(shivers)
“I-I know I promised to keep them safe… B-But my treasures… I don’t want to throw them out…”
{Haru}
(smirks)
“Relax, Yukïel. They are just staying in your roof and attic. But rest assured that those creatures are smart enough to distinguish trash from a real treasure.”
(Calabolt bursts out laughing while Yuki snarks at Haru’s comment)
{Haru}
“Why are you laughing? How can we face Nika now that we haven’t found what we were looking for?”
{Yuki}
“Knowing Nika she’ll be like: Oh well, let’s do it next year!”
{Calabolt}
“Yuki. Don’t be so insensitive…”
(sounds of running footsteps echo down from the staircase through the lobby)
{Nika}
“Oh, here you are guys! Welcome back!”
